GETTING LOST

The producer as a young hippie gets lost in Big Sur on her first trip out west. 30 years later as a seasoned hiker, she gets lost in a canyon in Southern Utah and meets the many faces of Coyote the Trickster.

HIDDEN WATERS

explores the ghosts of once abundant salmon fisheries that were formally waterfalls and rapids, now innundated behind the dams on the Columbia River, and then a culverted river in the producer's hometown on the day of her father's funeral.

STEVIE & ME

A coming out story of love lost and bittersweetly remembered. Set in early 1970s New York City and Berkeley, California.

 

REUNIONS

Two stories about people who for reasons unbeknownst to you, keep popping up in your life. The second tale takes us to the producer's 40th sixth grade reunion, complete with documentary footage of the event.

FESTIVALS OF LIGHTS

Discovering radical politics on the streets of New York in 1967 and an intimate trip into the counter-culture, as we follow the Festival Express across Canada in the summer of 1970.

FAMILIES OF DYSFUNCTION

Featuring four musical stories by Portland Performance Poet Leanne Grabel: THE FAMILY FATE ATE, THANKSGIVING 2001, 17 POUNDS OF BUTTER and MEXICAN TRAGEDY.
